Nuri Bible
My Light. The Bible, one verse at a time.
A Bible app built for how people already use their phones. Scroll through Scripture the way you scroll everything else — then stay for the reading, the plans, and the people.
Nuri Bible is not listed in the App Store or Google Play yet. Join the waitlist by sharing this page — the store buttons will go live here when the app launches.
“Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.”Psalm 119:105 (KJV)
See it in the Scroll
Full-screen verse cards, one swipe at a time. Like the ones you love, save the ones you need, and share the ones someone else needs.
“Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.”
“The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.”
“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”
Everything in one app
Reading the Bible is always free. Pro adds depth, convenience and habit — never the Bible itself.
Scroll feed
A TikTok-style vertical feed of verses, with stories, designs and a preview of the next verse on every card.
Full Bible reader
All 66 books in the public-domain King James Version, with search, book and chapter pickers, jump-to-verse, highlights and notes.
AI Bible Chat
Ask what a verse means, find a verse for how you feel, or start a prayer. A study helper, grounded in real Scripture — never a replacement for it.
Reading plans
Short plans for real life — including a 7-day Peace plan — plus a full year through the Bible, with daily check-ins.
Streaks and widgets
Keep a daily reading streak, and put the Verse of the Day on your home screen and lock screen.
Audio
Listen on the commute, on a walk, or while you cook. Audio and offline reading are part of Nuri Bible Pro.
Community and Find Friends
Follow friends, share verses, pray for each other, and join a prayer group. Find Friends is optional — it only matches contacts who have chosen to be findable, and only with your permission.
Verse images
Turn any verse into a beautiful image to save or share, in designs that match the Scroll feed.
Reading is free. Pro sells depth.
